3.What personal data we may collect
Depending on how the user interacts with VoltGo, we may process the following categories of personal data:

- Rental and usage data, including the date and time of rental start and end, station or pickup point, station or return point, equipment reference, return condition, rental history, incidents, breakdowns, delays, losses or reported damage.
- Payment and billing data, including payment references, amount paid, transaction status, payment method used, data necessary for issuing an invoice and anti-fraud information. VoltGo should not store full payment card data, except where this is technically ensured by a certified provider and in tokenized form.
- Support and complaints data, including message content, help requests, photos or documents sent by the user, contact records and decisions relating to incidents.
- Technical data, such as IP address, device type, operating system, browser, technical identifiers, language, pages visited, date and time of access, cookie data and similar technologies.
- Consent data, including cookie preferences, subscription to commercial communications and a record of the date, time and means used to give or withdraw consent.
VoltGo does not intend to collect special categories of personal data, such as health data, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, biometric data or data relating to sexual life. The user should avoid sending this type of information through VoltGo's contact channels.
